What motivated you to become a dietitian?
As an active child, I was fascinated by how food influenced my energy, athletic performance, and overall health. In college, I discovered that making healthier food choices significantly improved my performance and energy levels, a finding I eagerly shared with my teammates. I loved imparting this knowledge and diving into nutrition research to answer their questions. This experience ignited my passion for improving others’ health and happiness, leading me to realize that becoming a dietitian was the perfect way to combine my love for nutrition and cooking.
