Online Vegan Dietitian for Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec
Hey, everyone! My name is Antoine, and I'm a vegan registered dietitian and nutritionist. I can help you with various challenges, including the ones listed below.
True: Losing weight takes time and effort. False: Veganism isn't necessarily for weight loss. Antoine addresses weight loss with empathy, making clients' diets a source of energy, not guilt. If your goal is weight loss, Antoine will help you refocus, set positive goals, and enjoy the process along with the results.
Since age 7, Antoine has favored fruits and veggies in his meals. With expertise in cooking and nutrition, he blends science and flavors, embracing "fun food." If you aim to rebalance your diet, transition healthily, and enhance your well-being while boosting energy, Antoine demonstrates that diet can be both enjoyable and beneficial.
Antoine's passion for sports nutrition propels his career as a nutritionist and coach. With a background in volleyball, parkour, and obstacle course racing, he understands the challenges and joys of sports. Specializing in sports nutrition, he helps clients achieve fitness, Iron Man, or peak performance in team sports.
Antoine reflects on "Ah, if youth only knew..." regarding digestive issues, noting changing body tolerance with age. As a specialized nutritionist experienced with conditions like celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and Crohn's disease, Antoine offers valuable assistance. Recognizing the challenge, he provides tools to maintain a positive attitude toward nutrition and eliminate the feeling of restriction associated with these conditions.
Antoine, drawing from personal experiences, recognizes how environment shapes dietary choices. His ongoing journey informs an understanding of self-improvement challenges. Guiding with intuitive eating principles, Antoine helps foster a harmonious relationship with food—a vital aspect of happiness.
As a father, Antoine observed a need for specialized nutritionists in the field of pediatric nutrition. Inspired by his vegan 7-year-old daughter, he now guides children from pregnancy to young athletes, offering tailored nutritional advice. If you have or plan to have a family, Antoine can provide tools for fostering your child's optimal development through nutrition.

Antoine and His Journey with Plant-Based Nutrition
What motivated you to become a dietitian?
After spending several years in the restaurant and fitness industry, I began contemplating how I could further assist those around me. Nutrition emerged as the ideal solution, enabling me to merge my two passions: food and well-being. A desire to contribute motivated me to pursue a career as a nutritionist. However, to be completely transparent, it also stems from a need to demonstrate that it's possible to eat well without compromising the pleasure of eating.
What benefits do you see in following a vegetarian or vegan diet?
Health improvement in many forms! Whether it's enhancing body health, contributing to the well-being of the planet, promoting mental health, or even benefiting your wallet, adopting a vegan or vegetarian diet has enabled me to attain and sustain a level of well-being that I wish for everyone. Moreover, diversity is one of the pillars of healthy eating, and what is more diverse than the plant world?!
