Antoine and His Journey with Plant-Based Nutrition

What motivated you to become a dietitian?

After spending several years in the restaurant and fitness industry, I began contemplating how I could further assist those around me. Nutrition emerged as the ideal solution, enabling me to merge my two passions: food and well-being. A desire to contribute motivated me to pursue a career as a nutritionist. However, to be completely transparent, it also stems from a need to demonstrate that it's possible to eat well without compromising the pleasure of eating.

What benefits do you see in following a vegetarian or vegan diet?

Health improvement in many forms! Whether it's enhancing body health, contributing to the well-being of the planet, promoting mental health, or even benefiting your wallet, adopting a vegan or vegetarian diet has enabled me to attain and sustain a level of well-being that I wish for everyone.
