What motivated you to become a dietitian?

I've been involved in sports since my youth and have been intrigued by the impact of nutrition on enhancing sports performance and maintaining good health. Nutrition is a fascinating field where there's always something new to learn. With the abundance of information about nutrition, it's easy to get lost. Since food is a fundamental need for everyone, helping others in this aspect was a way for me to work in health sciences, a field that has always interested me.

What benefits do you see in following a vegetarian or vegan diet?

A vegetarian diet offers numerous advantages, including food diversity and various physical and mental health benefits. It's also an environmentally friendly choice that can save you a significant amount of money and time. Having been a vegetarian for many years, I continue to discover new, delicious vegetarian foods.
