What motivated you to become a dietitian?

Being raised in a home centered on lifestyle medicine ignited my interest in the medical field and highlighted the critical role of nutrition in disease prevention and treatment during my nursing education. In 2016, I discovered my passion for dietetics. I am fascinated by the significant impact of nutrition on well-being and value the joy, community, and cultural exploration that food brings.

I firmly believe that nutrition is essential to health and improves our quality of life. My mission is to guide individuals toward holistic health and long-term wellness through better nutrition.
