Why do people become vegan?
Firstly, it is clear that following a plant-based diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, legumes, and tons of nutrients, contributes to a healthy body and brain.
Another strong motivation to choose a vegan diet is to prevent and condemn animal cruelty and exploitation. Vegans believe that all living creatures have a right to a dignified life and to experience freedom.
Moreover, producing plant-based food is less damaging to the environment than the meat and animal product industry.
